SSC to declare GD Constable Result 2018 : Check details here

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will shortly declare the result of GD Constable 2018 on its official website i.e. ssc.nic.in.

A total of 52, 20,335 candidates had applied for 58,373 posts. Out of them 30, 41,284 gave the computer based examination or CBE.

All those who qualify in the SSC Constable CBE 2018 will be called for – PET (Physical Efficiency Test) and PST (Physical Standard Test) which will be held at different exam centres decided by the CAPFs. Based on the performance in the PET or PST, applicants will be called for DME (Detailed Medical Examination). The reason of medical examination is to make sure that medically fit candidates are taken in the CAPFs.

About Exam :

SSC took that exam in two session ie. morning & evening session on 11.02.2019 to 11.03.2019. Lacs of candidates appeared in this exam. SSC Constable GD Merit List Date 2018 – 2019. SSC Constable GD Exam consists of only one Paper which is of 100 Marks / Questions. The time duration was 01:30 hours (90 minutes).

SSC GD Constable Result 2019 for the Computer-based examination

The result of the computer-based examination will be calculated out of 100 marks. Candidates will have to secure minimum qualifying marks to qualify the next round of selection process. On the basis of merit in the computer-based examination, around 10 times the number of vacancies candidates will be selected for PET/PST. SSC GD Constable computer-based examination is being conducted in English and Hindi. There are 100 objective multiple choice questions carrying 100 marks.

Step 1 – Go to the official website of SSC – ssc.nic.in.

Step 2 – Click on SSC GD Constable Result link.

Step 3 – Fill in the required credentials & click on the submit button.

Step 4 – The result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5 – Now download it and take a printout for future reference.
