CAT 2019 Application Process Begins : Here’s how to Apply

The Indian Institute of Management (Kozhikode) has started the online registration process of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2019. The detailed information is made available on the official website. All the interested and eligible candidates can apply for CAT 2019 through the official website iimcat.ac.in before September 18, 2019.

The examination will be conducted on November 24 in two sessions. It will be carried out across 156 cities in the country.

CAT 2019: Important dates to remember

Registration for CAT : August 7, 2019 to September 18, 2019.

Admit card download window : October 29, 2019 till the exam day

Date of Examination : November 24, 2019 (Sunday)

Release of results : 2nd week of January 2020 (Tentative)

CAT 2019 : Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for CAT 2019 must fulfill at least one of the eligibility requirements given below :

1.) Completed Bachelor’s degree

2.) Completed professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA)

3.) Should be in the final year of Bachelor’s degree

4.) The candidates of SC/ST/PwD category should have a score of at least 45 percent marks. General, EWS and NC-OBC candidates are required to have a minimum of 50 percent marks.

CAT 2019 : How to Apply

1.) Visit the official website at  iimcat.ac.in

2.) On the homepage, click on ‘Register’ tab if you are a new user.

3.) A registration form will appear on the screen. Now, enter all the required information correctly.

4.) Upload documents and  your academic qualifications

5 .) Press ‘Submit’ and select the programmes you wish to apply for

6.)  Pay the application fee
