DU first cut-off released : Here’s how to check the subject-wise list of top institutes

The University of Delhi has released its first cut-off list for its undergraduate courses.

The candidates who will get their name in the DU’s first cut off are required to appear for admission process between June 28 to July 1, 2019. The first cut off list will be available on .. on the DU’s official website from June 28, 20

“The varsity is trying to release the cut-off earlier and students can expect the same at the official website (du.ac.in). The slight shift in the admissions is done to allow students with time to make choices for admissions”, said Rajeev Gupta, head admissions committee.

The St Stephens college has already released the first cut-off for the admissions to 2019-20 batch. 1,54,075 students registered for postgraduate, whereas 3,67,895 students have registered for undergraduate courses. A total of 2,58,388 candidates completed their registration process for UG courses this year.

Last year, the highest DU cut-off, was 98.75 per cent for BA Programme in Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College, whereas the Delhi College of Arts and Commerce bagged  a cut-off of 98.50 per cent for BA (Honours) in Journalism and 98.25 per cent for BA (Honours) in Psychology in LSR College.

This year, LSR College pocketd a second position after Hindu College with 98.75 per cent for BA Programme and Psychology Honours. Sri Ram College of Commerce has announced a cut-off of 98.75 per cent for Economics Honours.

Dyal Singh College’s 98.33 per cent for Computer Science and Daulat Ram College’s 97.6 per cent for Physics are among the university’s highest cut-offs.
