Himachal Pradesh has invited candidates to fill up Constable Posts in Himachal Pradesh Police Department. Candidates who are interested in the job post can visit the official site of HP Police at recruitment.appolice.gov.in and apply for the post.
A total of 1063 vacancies have notified of which 720 are for Male Constable, 213 for Women Constable and rest 130 for Driver Constable Posts. HP Police Constable Selection will be done on the basis of Written Test, Personality Test and Medical Examination.

The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years (25 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates) as on 1st January 2019.

Candidates who are applying for the post should have passed 10+2 examination or who are appearing for 10+2 exam may also apply.
HP Police Recruitment 2019 for Constables : Selection Process
The written examination will be of 80 marks of objective type and will be of 60 minutes duration. The papers included in the examination in English and Hindi languages, General Awareness, Maths & Science and Reasoning Aptitude. The personality test shall be of 15 marks. Candidates who will qualify the written exam will be called for personality test on the ratio of 3 person for each post.
