General Manager: Candidates should have Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Chemical Engineering with ANSI / AVSI / in Sugar Engineering with 20 years of experience in Sugar industry as General Manager/Location Head.
Deputy GM (Sugar Engineering & Co-gen): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ANSI / AVSI / in Sugar Engineering/BOE with 15 years of experience in Sugar industry.
Deputy GM (Production): B.Sc. with ANSI / AVSI in Sugar Technology with 15 years of experience in relevant field in which 05 years experience as Head of Department.
Deputy GM (Ethanol): Degree in Chemical Engineering /B.Sc. (Chemistry) with NSI/VSI certification in Industrial Fermentation/Alcohol Technology with 15 years of experience in Distillery Plant in which 05 years experience as Plant Manager-Ethanol/Distillery Plant.
Deputy GM (Cane): M.Sc. (Agriculture) with 15 years of experience in sugar industry in which 05 years worked as a Cane Head.
Manager/ Dy. Manager (Instrumentation): Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with 08 years of experience in Sugar Industry as Instrumentation Manager. Candidates having Certification in Sugar Engineering would be preferred.
Manager/ Dy. Manager (EDP): Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree with 08 years relevant experience in relevant field.
Age Limit : The minimum Age – 18 years on September 1st, 2019 while the maximum Age is capped for Management is 57 Years & For Non-management and Seasonal – 55 Years
Selection Process : The selection will be done on the basis of the interview.
