- Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (With specialization in Personnel Management & industrial relations) recognized institute/University with minimum 60 % marks or equivalent
- Executive Trainee (HR) : Selected candidates for will be placed in the pay scale of ₹ 60000-180000 and other allowances and benefits as applicable, during the one-year training period The Corporation offers a very attractive pay package which is one of the best in the Industry.

UGT NET JUNE 2019 Marks (Weightage 85%), Group Discussion (3%), Personal Interview (12%).
Application Fee: A Non refundable fee of ₹ 500/- pay through online mode only (through SBI Collect).
