Bihar Board 10th Result 2019 : Bihar Board matric toppers list from same school

The Bihar Board has announced the BSEB Class 10 results on 6th April on the official website of the board. More than 16 lakh students had appeared for the examination out of which 80.73 per cent students managed to pass. Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya’s Sawan Raj Bharti topped the examination with 486 marks followed by Rounit Raj (483), Priyanshu Raj (481), Adarsh Ranjan (480), Aditya Roy (480). Notably,  all the top five students belong to the same school.

The matriculation examination was conducted between February 21 to February 28, 2019 during which 16,35,070 students had appeared at the examination at 1418 examination centres of which 13,20,036 passed the exam. Of the 13,20,036 who passed the examination, 6,83,990 were boys and 6,36,046 girls passed the examination.

The pass percentage has also increased and touched a record of 80.73% this year. As per reports, a total of 6,83,990 boys have passed the examination while the number of girls who have cleared the examination is 6,36,046.

Candidates between Rank 4 and 10 will get a scholarship of Rs 1200 per month for two years after getting enrolled in a school or college. This year only 179 results are pending, which will be declared very soon. This number is very low as compared to previous year records.

As the name suggests, the BSEB manages and conducts the annual board exams for matriculation and intermediate level school students. The Board Exams for class 10 and class 12 students are generally conducted in the month of February and March. Apart from this, the BSEB also conducts others centralized exams like Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education and Teachers Training Examination on such terms and condition as laid down by the State Government.

The candidates were initially unable to check their results online as the official websites were down due to heave traffic load. The sites are live again now and candidates can easily check their Bihar Board Results 2019 online.

Step 1: Visit News Nation’s result page- www.newsnation.in/board-results and click on the Bihar Board class 10 page

Step 2: Enter your roll number, date of birth and other details.

Step 3: Click on the ‘submit’ button.

Step 4: Check your BSEB Class 10 Result 2019.

Bihar candidates are also advised to take a printout of the Bihar Board exam results 2019 and keep it for records. They also have an option to check their results 2019 through SMS services by sending a SMS in a specified format — BSEB<space>ROLL NUMBER — and send it to 56263.
