LIC Assistant Preliminary exam 2019 : Exam dates extended, check latest updates here
Life Insurance Corporation has extended the dates for LIC LIC Assistant preliminary exam 2019. Earlier, the preliminary examination was scheduled to be conducted on October 21 and 22, 2019. Now, the LIC exam is scheduled to be held on October 30 and 31, 2019 for all the divisions. The detailed information is also made available by LIC on the official site at licindia.in.
“It has been decided to reschedule the dates for Preliminary Examination for all the Divisions. Now the Preliminary Examination for the Divisions will be held on 30th & 31st of October 2019. All other conditions and clauses of the recruitment process will remain unchanged” an official said.
The candidates are required to carry the admit card with a photograph and a photo ID proof in original. The candidates also have to submit the admit card and the photocopy of the ID proof to the invigilator. E-Aadhaar card and ration card are not valid ID proofs.
The recruitment drive will recruit the candidates for 7871 vacancies of Assistant Posts in Northern Zone, North Central Zone, East Central Zone, Eastern Zone, Central Zone, South Central Zone, Southern Zone and Western Zone of India.
LIC Assistant Prelims Exam will be of 100 marks. There will 100 questions from Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, and English Language/Hindi Language. The candidates who will qualify in prelims exam will be called for the second stage of exam i.e. LIC Assistant Mains Exam. The main examination will be conducted online and there will objective test questions of 200 marks.
