Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) application process has begun. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) aims at making candidates eligibility to take admission in B. E. & B. Tech. degree courses in the state of Tamil Nadu.
There are about 501 colleges in Tamil Nadu and about 2.49 lakh seats. The candidates can check the detailed information on the website of TNEA 2019 i.e tneaonline.in.

TNEA 2019 : Eligibility Criteria & Age Limit
Candidates who belong to the state of Tamil Nadu, but have completed their 10+2 education from another state are also eligible. Applicant should have passed the HSC or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks (General category), 45% marks (OBC category) and 40% marks (SC, ST, SCA, MBC, DNC category) in Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
TNEA 2019 : Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidates should be 18 years whereas the maximum age of applicants is capped at 25 years.
TNEA 2019 : How to Apply
1.) Navigate to the official website for TNEA i.e tneaonline.in.
2.) Click on the “Online Registration” link.
3.) Candidates need to register by creating a login ID and password through OTP verification.
4.) Candidates are advised to use the active email ID and mobile number so that the university can communicate with them easily.
5.) Now, the candidates have to fill the personal details and fill the application form.
6.) Verify all the details given by them in the form by using the preview button.
7.) Take a printout of the filled application form for future refrence.
