Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is responsible to conduct the recruitment of police staff in Uttar Pradesh’s government Police department.

Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the list of candidates shortlisted after the written examination for the direct recruitment 2016 of Sub Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub Inspector (Account), and Assistant Sub Inspector (Ministerial).

The results will be available on the official website uppbpb.gov.in. The recruitment examination was conducted on January 27 and 28, 2019 across the state of Uttar Pradesh. Around 22,76,184 candidates had applied for the examination.

The candidates who have secured 50 per cent or above marks have qualified and have been called for the next round of UPPRPB recruitment. The next round involves physical standard test (PST) and document verification.

The admit cards for Document Verification and PST will be released on the UPPRPB’s website soon. Only those candidates who qualify in the DV and PST will be called for Computer Typing test. The computer typing test will be of qualifying nature.

Candidates checking the results should keep in mind that due to heavy traffic, they might experience in opening the official link. A message reading, ‘Service is currently unavailable’ could appear on the screen if the page does not get loaded.

Step 2: On the home page click on the link ‘UP Police result link’

Step 3: Click on the link, you will be redirected to a new page

Step 4: Log-in using application number, download

Step 5: Results will appear

Step 6: Download and take a print out of the admit card for future reference.
